The system is packaged for easy portability to create presentations from any location. Presentations can be broadcast within your local network or across the Internet to a virtually unlimited number of participants. Additionally, presentations can be archived for later viewing to reinforce concepts or for persons unable to attend the live meeting.
This solution meets the intent of NY Gov Spitzer's Executive Order #3 which specifies that by March 1st, 2007, NY State agencies must submit a plan to begin broadcasting across the Internet all public meetings.
This system is available on NYS contract PT59524.
